acceptable stay
helpful staff room upgrade clean bathroom small shower faulty air conditioning stuffy room
the staff made sure i knew what i needed. they even upgraded my room. i was comfortable . the bathroom was clean too.
the shower was quite small. the air conditioning did not work. the window barely opened so the room became stuffy.

fantastic stay!
great facilities big bathroom
the location is superb, seriously close to bayswater and queensway stations plus hyde park (i loved it!). facilities were great, and the bathroom was really big. the air conditioning worked wonders too.
the street outside got very noisy. the window wouldn't shut completely as it was old, a bit annoying.

the breakfast offered a wonderful variety (i especially loved the pastries). there were numerous choices, including fresh fruit and hot dishes. the dining area was clean and well-kept, with attentive staff readily available.

easy access public transport short walk hyde park food option
the location offers easy access to public transport. hyde park is a short walk away. there are many options for food nearby. i was able to leave my luggage before check-in and after check-out.
the hotel does not provide water in the room. i had to fill up from a tank in the basement.

nice breakfast large buffet coffee tea missing curtain small room thin wall
breakfast was really nice they had a large buffet i could pick from. i could order eggs or a full english breakfast directly it was awesome. the room was super clean i loved that it had everything i needed like soaps and coffee and tea.
my room had no curtain on the window it was annoying. the room felt small i reminded me of i was in a jail cell it was that tiny. i could hear everything happening above me and next door it was not peaceful.

convenient location clean room mini fridge usb charging limited air conditioning early noise
the location was convenient. paddington station was within a 15-minute walk. the room looked new and was very clean. i requested a mini fridge and it was brought to my room quickly.
the room lacked usb charging points. the air conditioning had limited functionality, only working above 21 degrees. i could only slightly open the window. early morning noise from vacuuming was disturbing.
